The Life Sciences Accreditation Advisory Committee (LSAAC) advises NATA on technical issues related to life sciences in the areas of agribusiness, environment, food and beverage, healthcare, pharmaceutical and media production.

The Animal Health Accreditation Advisory Committee (AHAAC) advises NATA on technical issues related to animal health testing in the areas of anatomical pathology (including aquatic animal health), clinical biochemistry, microbiology, parasitology, molecular diagnostics and bioinformatics.
