Standards in the spotlight: ISO/IEC 17025

Preferred learning styles vary, but generally fall within three categories: auditory, visual, and kinesthetic.

For auditory learners, our education CD is a refresher resource for those who have completed one of NATA's face-to-face training courses.  As such, it is directed towards staff who have a working knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025.

ISO/IEC 17025 is the standard that provides an internationally agreed framework of characteristics common to laboratories that demonstrate technical competence and produce technically valid results - it's a standard that was written by laboratories for laboratories.

The CD is in the format of an eighty minute interview, where the host works through each clause of the standard with a subject matter expert.
